What counts as a project?
A project is one client brand or website. Each project has its own tracked prompts, competitors, citations and AI-readiness audits, and you can switch between them from the sidebar.
Are the limits per project or shared across my account?
Tracked prompts and competitor slots are per project. Insight credits and GEO URL audits are shared across all of your projects and reset every billing cycle.
Can I change my plan as my client list grows?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account at any time. If you downgrade below the number of projects you already have, your existing projects stay, but you will not be able to add new ones until you are under the limit.
